During my visit to the café, I was able to experience a few of their bests on the vegan menu. Starting with the delicious vegan burger. It looks, tastes and smells incredible but isn't a regular Beyond Meat burger. Unlike ordinary vegan Beyond Meat burger, Zest's burger is guilty free and high in nutritional value. Use of home-made kidney bean baked patty layered it with delicious guacamole, vegan mayo and fresh salad makes it a pure vegan divine. Besides, don't worry, Zest knows no burger meal is complete without fries.

However, If you want to go a little tangy and not very high on your taste palette, give a try to the Spaghetti & 'Non-Meat' Meatballs. Gluten-free, quinoa Spaghetti pasta packed with rich home-made tomato sauce topped with mighty vegan 'non-meat' meatballs. You can complement it with a side of vegan organic garlic bread, which will make you forget all your wistfulness about meat.
Next, and one of the best Vegan Kung Pao 'Chicken' I ever had. The meat replaced with cauliflower, which is known for being high in protein and low in carbs, fit perfectly in your daily nutritious diet. Zest has added a right amount of spicy, sweet & sour Sichuan sauce to give vegan' chicken' a great twist. If you are carving Chinese but not concerned about your diet, give a go-to Vegan Kung Pao. Besides being healthy, it satisfies all your Chinese cravings. Crispy vegan' chicken' (cauliflower) coated with cashew nuts in home-made spicy Sichuan sauce which is made of high-quality clean ingredients, overlaid with sesame seeds & coriander and served on a bed of wholesome brown rice.

The list doesn't end here; the café also has a range of soups, one of which I tried was Moroccan Lentil & Chickpea Soup. Not heavy on your stomach but nutritious and hearty! Indulge yourself in the Middle East's vivid flavours and zests. Home-made Moroccan Lentil & Chickpea soup will leave you satisfied with its flavouring and nutritious value. Again, if you miss your carbs, you can complement it with a side of vegan organic garlic bread and make it a wholesome meal.
Dessert is one of the most important stages of the meal since it will be the last thing people will remember before they leave the restaurant. Therefore, Zest has made sure to finish the meal on a delicious note. Brownie points to that! Oh, that reminds me when you visit the restaurant, don't forget to try their vegan brownie. It is a definition of vegan delight. Apart from that, they have a range of other vegan desserts such as Banana, Chocolate & Walnut Muffin; Raw vegan Mousse, Vegan Donuts and much more.
